I am a single 65 year old white man who, like millions of people my age world-wide today, am sequestered alone in my home because of the corona virus pandemic. I no longer visit family - and have only gone out once in the past week - for food and gas, and then scrupuously maintained 6 feet distance from all people, and washed my hands with soap before and after shopping. I have been doing this for only a few days now with no change in sight. I am told to protect myself from infection I must do this until I receive a vaccine which may not occur for two years.
