My full name is Benjamin Hayden Garner III,

I was born on August 14, 1980 in a small college town in South Bend Notre Dame, IN and I've been residing in Atlanta, GA for 9 years now. I am a down to earth and single man with no babies and I live my life in a couple of ways as well as peace and harmony. I work a couple of jobs as a security officer due to trying to make ends meet, build a foundation and achieve my goal such as getting certified in becoming a personal trainer because it's more suitable to my particular activities along with Olympic Weightlifting and calisthenics. I want to learn about nutrition, what supplements to take and demonstrate my passion for health, fitness and overall well being due to me being a type 1 diabetic. I wish to teach, help and coach people to achieve their fitness goals and improve their lifestyle. To say that I wait a lifetime for my soul mate to come around is a paradox. People eventually get sick of waiting, take a chance on someone and by the art of commitment become soul mates which takes a lifetime too perfect.
